Online Scheduling Temporarily Out of Service



We are in the process of changing our scheduling system, and I hope to have online booking back online in the near future. In the meantime, feel free to call for an appointment, (212) 996-2995

I have offered online booking of office appointments in the past, but we are currently transitioning to new practice management software. Therefore, this option is temporarily unavailable.

Please call the office at (212) 996-2995 to book an appointment, and we will be happy to help you. If we are unable to answer the phone, leave a message and my staff will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

If the patient has not been seen in my office before, you will need to fill out a few forms with your contact information, the patient's health history, etc… We can email you the forms - filling them out in advance of your visit will save you time on the day of your appointment.

I now offer online booking of office appointments for my New York and New Jersey offices - Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays in Manhattan and Wednesdays mornings in Englewood, NJ. Telemedicine appointments are also available for online scheduling on Tuesdays and Fridays.

If there are no appointments available on the online scheduling system and you cannot wait for another day, please feel free to call (212) 996-2995 - we can generally fit in emergency appointments when necessary.

If you already have a login and password, you can go to your account on my patient portal to make appointments. You can also book an appointment without having a patient portal account - when you make the appointment the system will automatically generate one for you.
